Return policy We provide a return policy only (no exchange) in accordance with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce regulations and the nature of medical products. Return conditions • A return request can be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. • The request is submitted by filling out the return request form on the return and exchange policy page. • All requests are subject to review within 48 hours. • The product must be: • In its original condition Included products • Lab coat • Trousers • Medical headphones • Medical accessories • ID Holders Non-returnable products • Used or opened products. • Customized or modified products according to request. • Personal medical accessories for health reasons. • Discounted products marked with non-returnable statement. Fees • A fixed return fee of 40 will be deducted from the refunded amount. • No fees are deducted if the error is from the store. The return request is reviewed within a maximum of 48 hours from the time of submitting the request • After approval of the return request: • The amount is refunded via the refund method specified by the customer when filling out the return request form • If the order was paid via Tamara: • The amount is refunded directly through Tamara
